Job summary

Towne is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will manage guest services, hire and train associates, assign work, and drive performance improvements while maintaining daily operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, revenue reporting, and maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent completed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park safety procedures and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service is delivered exceptionally across all shifts.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and coaching of associates.
• Monitor and manage labor, scheduling, and performance feedback.
• Maintain client relations and regular communication with site staff.
• Oversee revenue reporting and billing accuracy per shift.
