Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
• Minimum of 1 year related experience in hospitality or guest services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experiences are delivered exceptionally on all shifts.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate associates; direct work assignments.
• Monitor client service standards and supervise quality performance.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching.
• Analyze service metrics and manage revenue/shift reports.
