Job summary

Towne Park seeks an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest/patient services, hiring, training, evaluating and discharging staff, and directing work with an emphasis on service quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership, recruitment, onboarding and performance coaching, plus capacity to manage labor, payments and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• Knowledge of Towne Park procedures and safety policies.
• Knowledge of safety and incident reporting.
• Knowledge of Towne Park's equipment training policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Allocate labor resources to support service delivery and manage staffing levels.
• Recruit and hire the best people for the location.
• Orient and train new associates; provide performance feedback and coaching.
• Develop relationships with clients' staff and maintain regular communication.
• Understand and drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, and revenue reporting.
