Job summary

Towne Park seeks a Guest Service Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests and work alongside teammates to meet or exceed service standards. Under the Account Manager, they provide coordination, administration, and guidance when the manager is not on-site.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safety, and effective communication, with a focus on timely guest interactions and accurate handling of keys and payments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screening.
• Wheelchair Safety Training course must be completed as provided by Towne Park.
• Six months of related experience and/or training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor and greet guests within 30 seconds of arrival.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors, park and retrieve vehicles, explain parking procedures and assist guests.
• Handle cash drops, complete ticket information, and manage keys and locations.
