Evolution Parking & Guest Services seeks an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the Guest Services Manager in overseeing valet operations and front door services for hotel clients. You will greet guests, coordinate shifts, train staff, and uphold Forbes standards with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.

The role requires 2+ years in management, experience with HRIS (ADP), a valid US driver’s license, and strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced hospitality

Responsabilités

• Oversee valet operation in coordination with the Guest Services Manager.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll data, and shift options.
• Ensure professional standards, cleanliness, appearance, and safety.
• Recruit and train staff to meet operational requirements and guest service targets.
• Provide feedback for performance reviews and staffing decisions.
• Monitor compliance with dress code, hygiene, and internal policies.
