Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services seeks a Guest Services Manager to oversee valet parking operations and front door services for hotels and resorts nationwide. You will lead a team, maintain Forbes guest service standards, manage payroll and scheduling, and drive client relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.

This role requires 2+ years in management, a valid US driver’s license, and experience in valet parking.

• Oversee valet parking operations and front door services.
• Maintain Forbes guest service standards.
• Manage andMotivate team; payroll and scheduling.
• Budget and revenue tracking and reporting.
• Ensure safety and training across team and operations.
• Develop client relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Understand hotel contracts and client standards; align with Evolutions values.
• Recruit and onboard new talent for leadership roles.
• Review payroll bi-weekly and ensure accuracy.
