Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services seeks an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the Guest Services Manager in overseeing our valet operations at partner hotels and resorts nationwide, including the Miami area. The role emphasizes guest hospitality, staff supervision, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in management, strong customer service, and experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, and will help recruit, schedule, train staff and maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services and hospitality management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HRIS/payroll processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee valet operations in coordination with the Guest Services Manager.
• Coordinate scheduling and payroll data for staff.
• Ensure professional appearance and high guest service standards.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and performance feedback.
• Support daily huddles and shift coverage during all shifts.
• Maintain accuracy in deposits, cash flow, and tips/audit tasks.
