Responsibilities include recruiting staff, conducting the daily huddle, managing schedules, and assisting with payroll and cash-flow audits.

• Recruit qualified applicants and support performance reviews.
• Monitor dress code, hygiene guidelines, and safety standards.
• Prepare schedules and assist with payroll data and cash flow audits.
• Investigate claims and support performance evaluations.
