Qualifications

• Associates Degree or relevant experience required.
• HRIS experience such as ADP is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating all valet operations and guest services.
• Greet and acknowledge guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Support schedule creation, payroll data and daily huddles.
• Enforce dress code, hygiene guidelines and safety standards.
• Provide feedback for performance reviews and staff development.
