Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to oversee valet operations and coordinate daily activities. You will greet guests professionally, support the Guest Services Manager, and help manage staffing, schedules, and payroll while upholding high standards of service and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of management experience in valet or hospitality, solid customer service skills, and familiarity with HRIS systems like ADP.

Qualifications

• Experience in valet parking.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• 2+ years in a management position.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP.
• Experience with Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Services Manager in overseeing and coordinating all activities related to the Valet operations.
• Proactively greet and acknowledge all customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide quick, responsive customer service.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll data, and break schedules.
• Support on daily huddles and shift coordination to ensure quality service.
• Monitor dress code, hygiene guidelines, and staff appearance.
• Recruit qualified applicants and provide feedback for evaluations and performance reviews.
• Ensure standards of professionalism, cleanliness, reliability, and safety.
• Assist with audit of deposits, cash flow, tip pools, and ticket counts.
• Conduct lot inspections and suggest improvements as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
