Job summary

Evolution Parking & Guest Services is seeking an Assistant Guest Services Manager to support the valet operations for hotels and resorts nationwide. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining high service standards.

You will work closely with the Guest Services Manager to ensure staffing, training, and operational efficiency while upholding Evolution’s standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in a service or hospitality setting.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP.
• Experience in valet parking and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Services Manager in overseeing valet operations and daily activities.
• Coordinate shifts, staffing, and payroll data; oversee break schedules.
• Provide input on performance feedback, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure professionalism, cleanliness, and adherence to dress code and hygiene guidelines.
• Support with audits of cash flow, tip pools, and ticket/key/car counts.
• Conduct lot inspections and suggest improvements; respond to claims or incidents.
• Assist with hiring and staff development to meet operational needs.
