Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet City Manager to oversee operations, staff, and client relations across multiple valet locations in the Raleigh area. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences while driving revenue and maintaining compliance.

You will lead supervisors and attendants, manage budgets, analyze financials, and negotiate contracts with property owners. Travel to sites is required, and a strong safety and service culture is essential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in valet parking, hospitality, transportation, or operations management, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and large teams.
• Strong financial acumen is required, including experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue optimization.
• The City Manager must also demonstrate excellent client relationship management skills, with experience in contract negotiations and business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple-valent parking locations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• They develop and enforce operational procedures, safety protocols, and company policies, conducting regular site visits to monitor service quality, vehicle handling, and adherence to company standards.
• The role also involves implementing strategies to optimize traffic flow, space utilization, and overall service efficiency.
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing valet supervisors, attendants, and operational staff.
• They ensure employees meet performance expectations, appearance standards, and customer service protocols.
• The role includes conducting staff evaluations, providing coaching, implementing development programs, and addressing staffing needs, scheduling, and employee relations to maintain a productive and engaged workforce.
