Parking Management Company (PMC) is recruiting a Senior Guest Service Manager to lead valet operations across multiple locations, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining safety compliance.

You will oversee staff, optimize workflows, manage client relationships, and report to executive leadership while traveling as needed to launch new accounts. This exempt role offers bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required, with supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or similar customer service.
Leadership or business management training beneficial.
Strong communication and guest-service skills required.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: act as primary contact for each property and manage contractual obligations.
Daily Operational Oversight: schedule staffing, ensure quality, visit sites regularly.
Financial and Administrative Tasks: monitor revenue, payroll, expenses with oversight from regional leaders.
Team Supervision and Training: hire, train, coach hourly staff, set performance expectations.
Communication and Reporting: provide regular updates and urgent communications to management.
Travel and Communication: may require site visits and occasional travel; use of personal cell phone for operations.
