Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations at assigned locations, manage staff, maintain client relationships, and monitor revenue and payroll. The role includes supervising hourly associates, training, reporting to management, and occasional travel.

You will lead teams, ensure guest-first service, and drive operational excellence while maintaining safety and quality standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or related service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and primary property contact.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and QA across locations.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with cost-control focus.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly staff; enforce policies and performance.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to management.
• Lead team in planning, decision-making, and process improvements.
