Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a Valet Area Manager to lead operations across multiple locations. You will supervise staff, manage client relationships, and ensure safety and financial performance while championing guest service excellence.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, recruiting and coaching staff, and using valet software to drive profitability. Travel to sites and partner with property managers is required; a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years minimum supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
• Management or leadership related training/certifications is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily valet operations across multiple locations and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of valet staff; manage schedules and labor costs.
• Serve as main client contact; resolve concerns and pursue opportunities to grow services.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct regular safety meetings and audits.
• Utilize valet software for reporting; monitor performance metrics and optimize profitability.
• Travel as needed to oversee sites and support new account launches; communicate updates to leadership.
• Foster a culture of quality, provide coaching, and drive team development.
• Perform additional duties to support financial and operational objectives.
