Job summary

Parking Management Company is seeking a Valet Area Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and client relationships across multiple valet locations. You will drive service quality, safety, and profitability while leading site visits and performance reviews.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coaching staff, managing schedules and labor costs, and maintaining strong partnerships with property managers. Travel to sites and reporting to leadership will be routine.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred.
• Management training or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple valet locations, ensuring smooth service and safety compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise valet staff; manage schedules and labor costs; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Act as main contact for property managers and partners; resolve concerns and expand services.
• Oversee budgets, revenue and expenses; ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.
• Promote safety and compliance; conduct regular safety meetings and training.
• Leverage valet management software to track operations and revenue; review reports for improvements.
• Travel to sites for performance oversight and new account launches.
• Lead staff involvement in planning and continuous process improvement.
