Parking Management Company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee daily valet operations at assigned locations in Dallas, ensuring exceptional guest service and strong client relations.

You will manage staff, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting, while driving operational excellence and financial performance; occasional on-site valet duties may be required.

This role emphasizes leadership, training, and clear reporting to ensure safe, professional service and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years supervisory parking/hospitality experience.
• Leadership or business management training is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance.
• Monitor site revenue, payroll, and expenses with cost-control focus.
• Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates; enforce policies.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Travel for financial reviews/audits as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and complete training modules.
