MSD is hiring a Vaccine Customer Representative to support healthcare providers and health systems with clinical information on vaccines, education, and resources. You will serve as the primary point of contact within your geography, coordinating with account executives and multidisciplinary teams to align customer needs with vaccine attributes and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years Sales experience OR a minimum of High School Diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Required Skills: Strong organizational and time management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Other Requirements: Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Engage in balanced product sales presentations with health care providers and professionals to align needs and vaccine attributes.
• Provide customers with vaccine management updates to improve patient health outcomes and contract performance.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews to educate customers on maximizing contract performance across the portfolio.
• Develop territory-level business plans to improve immunization rates and adhere to company policies and ethics.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the CDC immunization schedule for pediatric and adult vaccines.
