• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engaging in balanced product sales presentations with Health Care Providers and Health Care Business Professionals to align customer needs and vaccine attributes with labeling and recommendations.
• Providing vaccine management updates to improve patient health outcomes, customer feedback, and contract performance insights.
• Maintaining knowledge through self-study of scientific and promotional materials, and attendance at workshops/conferences.
• Using analytical skills to engage customers in quarterly business reviews regarding their vaccine contracts.
• Assisting customers with education to improve immunization rates through quality programs and tools like Vaccine IQ.
• Regularly monitoring business performance against objectives using company tools.
• Developing territory-level business plans to improve immunization rates while adhering to company policies.
• Maintaining product knowledge and certification across the vaccine portfolio and CDC schedule.
