Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an operations coordinator to manage tour reception, gifting and contracts per SOPs. You’ll greet guests, collect information, assign tours to Sales Agents, and support Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams. Prepare contracts and balance cash while ensuring PCI/PII standards.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, report running, and providing professional customer service with a focus on operational accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of general office experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with data entry and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests.
• Collect and validate all guest information.
• Assign tours to Sales Agents and inform Sales & Marketing as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Answer phones and guest questions professionally.
• Distribute premiums to guests at closure of presentation.
• Data entry of tour and gifting information into CRS/Epiphany and run reports.
• Prepare and balance cash, down payments, site stats for Contract Dept.
• File and secure documents per procedures; maintain PI I/PCI standards.
• Prepare Timeshare Sales Contracts and assist Sales staff.
