Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Coordinator to handle all facets of the operations department, including tour reception, gifting and contracts, in line with our SOPs.

You will greet touring guests, collect and validate information, and coordinate tours for Sales Agents. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, answer phones, assist property owners with contract questions, and perform daily reconciliations and data entry into CRS/Epiphany.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify touring guests and collect necessary information.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and internal teams.
• Assist with contract questions and daily reconciliation across systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests; assign tours and relay information to Sales & Marketing.
• Answer phones professionally and assist guests with questions.
• Prepare and balance cash, down payments, site stats for the Contract Department.
