The role requires greeting guests, answering inquiries, processing contracts, and daily reconciliation. Proficiency in CRS/Epiphany and strong customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• 1 year of general office experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests; assign tours to Sales Agents.
• Provide exceptional customer service; answer phones and assist with contracts.
• Distribute premiums; complete daily gift, tour and contract reconciliation.
• Data entry of tour and gifting into CRS/Epiphany; balance cash and site stats.
• File documents; maintain Owner Information per privacy standards.
• Prepare and maintain Timeshare Sales Contracts; support Sales staff.
• Assist Supervisor with admin support to Sales, Marketing, HR and Resort teams.
