Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Coordinatorship role in the Operations department to greet touring guests, qualify attendees, and coordinate tours with Sales Agents.

The position supports contracts and premium gifting while maintaining professional guest service across the resort environment. The role involves data entry into Central Reservations Systems, daily reconciliation of tours and incident reports, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, HR, and resort teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in general office and customer service roles preferred.
• Proficient with CRS or EPNY systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests; assign tours to Sales Agents and inform Sales & Marketing as needed.
• Provide exceptional guest service; handle inquiries and contract questions.
• Manage daily gift, tour and contract reconciliation in systems; balance cash and site stats.
