You will greet guests, collect information, enter data into CRS/Epiphany, balance cash, and support Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams. Competitive benefits and an inclusive culture await.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify touring guests.
• Collect and validate guest information.
• Assist Sales & Marketing with tour assignments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Assist with contracts and related paperwork.
• Enter tour/gifting data into CRS/Epiphany and run reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet touring guests and qualify them for tours.
• Assist Sales staff by assigning tours and sharing relevant info.
• Provide support to property owners with contract questions.
• Distribute premiums when presentations close.
• Prepare and balance cash, down payments, and site stats for contracts.
• Enter and reconcile tour and gifting data in CRS/Epiphany.
