Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a coordinating professional to handle tour reception, gifting, and contract processing in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet guests, qualify touring prospects, and assign tours to Sales Agents, while supporting Sales, Marketing, HR, and Resort teams. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, contract preparation, and adherence to SOPs, with a strong focus on customer service and professional guest interactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of general office experience and 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word/Outlook/Excel; experience with CRS/EPNY a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet tour guests and collect/validate information.
• Assign tours to Sales Agents and inform Sales/Marketing as needed.
• Provide professional customer service and answer questions.
• Distribute premiums after presentations closure and reconcile daily gift data.
• Enter tour and gifting data into Central Reservations Systems and run reports.
• Prepare cash balances, down payments, and site statistics for the Contract Department.
• File and secure documents, maintain Owner Information per PII/PCI standards.
• Prepare and maintain Timeshare Sales Contracts for Sales and Owners; support Administrative Supervisor.
