Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Coordinator to manage tour reception, guest information, and contract support across the Sales and Marketing teams. You will balance cash, prepare site statistics, and help maintain accurate records in CRS/EPNY systems.

The role emphasizes customer service, data entry, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations and a professional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general office and customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with CRS/EPNY and MS Office applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests in a professional manner.
• Collect and validate guest information and maintain accurate records.
• Assign tours to Sales Agents and support Sales & Marketing as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and answer guest questions.
• Prepare and balance cash, down payments, and site stats for contracts.
• Prepare and maintain legal documents and support internal departments.
