Job summary

The Veterans Health Administration at Overton Brooks VA Medical Center is seeking a Management and Program Analyst to improve program operations, workload integrity, and access management. The role includes coordinating PCMM activities, maintaining profiles, and generating capacity and wait-time reports to support continuity of care.

You will build clinic profiles, manage SharePoint publications, and train staff on VistA/CPRS and related scheduling/reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Requires transcript submission for education qualifications.
• Foreign education must meet recognition requirements with official certificates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PCMM Coordinator: maintain provider/team profiles, panel sizes, report capacity/paneling/wait-time.
• Execute mass patient reassignments in PCMM during staffing or clinic changes to maintain continuity of care.
• Build/maintain clinic profiles and align with guidance; manage SharePoint sites for data publishing and version control.
• Provide training on clinical information systems (VistA/CPRS, scheduling, reporting tools) and related procedures.
