The Management and Program Analyst represents this position to performs duties with a higher degree of independence and is responsible for assignments of greater complexity and breadth. This position is located within the Care Navigation Center at the Chillicothe VA Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but may not be limited to the following: Independently collects, compiles, and analyzes Community Care program performance data (including authorizations, costs, timeliness, quality metrics, and workload). Monitor the completion and accuracy of weekly and monthly reports, such as consult management data, productivity, scanning backlog, clinic access, and utilization.

Provides direct administrative and analytical support for assigned projects, including tracking project progress, compiling status reports, and maintaining project documentation. Coordinate routine aspects of special projects, ensuring critical deadlines are met and milestones are tracked.

Act as an information resource for administrative staff, clinical staff, and Community Care providers regarding standard procedures, reporting requirements, and established program guidelines. Update and disseminate training and procedural materials for a variety of audiences within the organization. Monitor compliance and supports preparation for internal reviews, surveys, or audits.

Provide administrative support for human resources, budget, property, and equipment management processes for the Community Care and Referral Coordination Departments.
