Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking an experienced Customer Support - Contract Forester to join our Utility Vegetation Management team in the Texas/Louisiana service area. You will act as the front-line liaison handling customer conflicts, coordinating with utilities, contractors, landowners, and the public to resolve vegetation-related concerns quickly and professionally.

In addition to conflict resolution, you may perform Work Planner and Quality Control duties, inspecting vegetation work,

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in UVM, utility arboriculture, or related fields.
Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
TRAQ, ISA Utility Specialist, and BCMA certifications are strongly preferred.
Advanced knowledge of tree identification, arboricultural practices, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution across the service territory.
Track and document all customer interactions and resolutions in Fulcrum.
Prioritize responses, coordinate with contractors and tree crews to drive issues to closure.
Investigate and resolve property damage, vegetation removals, and homeowner reimbursements.
Communicate assessment results and represent the client professionally to stakeholders.
Perform Work Planner duties including inspecting vegetation work and documenting records.
Conduct Quality Control audits of planning and mitigation work for compliance and safety.
Assist in emergencies and storm response operations as needed.
