Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters to join the Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) team in Texas. This frontline role handles customer conflicts between utilities, contractors, landowners, and the public and may perform Work Planner and QC duties as needed.

Qualified candidates have 4+ years in UVM or related fields, with ISA certifications highly desired and TRAQ/Utility Specialist/BCMA preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in UVM or related fields such as utility arboriculture or QA/QC.
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• Strong certifications: TRAQ, ISA Utility Specialist, BCMA (priority).
• Advanced knowledge of tree ID, ANSI A300 standards, and IVM principles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution within the territory.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in Fulcrum with complete records.
• Prioritize complaints by severity and coordinate with contractors to reach closure quickly.
• Investigate property damage, tree warranty work, and homeowner reimbursements as needed.
• Communicate assessment results and address concerns while representing the client professionally.
• Perform Work Planner duties including inspecting vegetation work and recording locations.
• Conduct QC audits of planning/mitigation for compliance with specs and safety.
• Inspect trees for hazard using TRAQ methodologies.
• Collaborate daily with clients, contractors, landowners, and public.
• Assist in emergency/storm response and safety-oriented tasks.
