Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters to join its Utility Vegetation Management team. The role focuses on front-line conflict resolution between the utility, contractors, landowners, and the public to resolve vegetation-related concerns quickly, professionally, and to completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) or closely related fields; equivalent education may be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for conflict resolution, stakeholder engagement, and professional representation.
• Proficiency with technology including smartphones, tablets, GPS, data collection apps (Fulcrum experience a plus).
• Pre-employment drug test and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution across the service territory.
• Document all interactions and resolutions in the Fulcrum work management system.
• Prioritize incidents by severity and drive issues to closure with contractors and crews.
• Investigate and resolve vegetation-related concerns, including property damage and reimbursement where applicable.
• Support Work Planner duties and perform Quality Control audits to ensure compliance and safety.
