Exelon Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for utility/construction/engineering projects. You will oversee cross-functional teams across transmission, substation, distribution, and gas initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, and safety.

The role requires coordinating with stakeholders and guiding project teams through plans and closeout. Ideal candidates bring a business/engineering background and 2–4 years of related experience, with strong leadership, communications, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of project management or related experience; or 3–6 years with a HS diploma.
• Ability to build consensus and communicate effectively.
• Capable of multi-tasking with conflicting priorities.
• Proven leadership, communications and presentation skills.
• Experience with process improvements and use of technology/performance metrics.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support project/program performance for transmission, substation, distribution, gas and initiatives.
• Manage costs, schedule, scope and risks; develop recovery plans to stay within budgets.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders to coordinate requirements.
• Develop good working relationships with team members and contractors.
• Act as primary communicator with sponsor and stakeholders on project issues.
• Coach and lead team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure resources are identified and obtained for projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field

High School Diploma with 3-6 years relevant project management experience

Demonstrated leadership, communications and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and as a team leader

Strong judgment and time management skills

Project management writing and PC skills

Valid driver's license and access to an automobile
