Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams across transmission, substation, distribution, gas and IT projects. You will manage scope, schedule and budgets, ensuring safety and alignment with program objectives.

The role requires a engineering or related discipline degree with PM experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 2–4 years relevant project management experience.
• Strong ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
• Valid driver’s license and access to an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support project and program performance across transmission, substation, distribution, gas, IT and organizational initiatives.
• Manage costs, schedule, scope and risks; develop recovery plans to stay within approved limits and budgets.
• Interface with stakeholders to coordinate project requirements and communicate with sponsors and executives.
• Coach team members to ensure responsibilities are understood and tasks are completed.
• Identify and obtain resources for projects with managerial support; ensure proper staffing for larger programs.
• Provide structured reporting to management and regulatory stakeholders.
