Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to oversee utility/construction/engineering initiatives, including transmission, substations, distribution, and gas projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and safety performance, and collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business or engineering with 2–4 years PM experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field with 2–4 years PM experience.
• Ability to build consensus, trust, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader with competing priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Strong time management and judgment.
• Proficiency with Work, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Passport.
• Valid driver's license and access to an automobile.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support performance for transmission, substation, distribution, gas projects.
• Manage costs, schedule, scope and risks; develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to define requirements.
• Build effective relationships with team members and contract resources.
• Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders on project issues.
• Coach and lead team members to complete tasks.
• Identify and obtain resources with PM Manager assistance.
