The role emphasizes stakeholder communication, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets up to $15 million while coordinating with regulatory bodies and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field is required or higher; 4-7 years PM experience.
• CAPM or PMP certification within two years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage project scope, schedule, budget and safety across transmission, substation, and distribution projects.
• Coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders; prepare executive-level updates and presentations.
• Lead cross-functional teams; allocate resources and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, real estate contacts, townships, and regulatory agencies.
