Job summary

Exelon Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead transmission, substation, distribution, gas and/or IT projects with cross-functional teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and safety, drive project plans from business case to closeout, and align execution with strategic goals.

The role requires communicating with sponsors and executive stakeholders, coordinating resources, and delivering results within approved budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field also acceptable with experience
• CAPM certification or plan to obtain CAPM within 2 years

Responsibilities

• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget and safety for multi-disciplinary teams
• Coordinate with sponsors and stakeholders including executive level presentations
• Develop and manage project plans, recovery plans and closeout activities
• Coach and lead cross-functional teams to meet objectives
• Manage resources and ensure role clarity across project team
• Monitor risks and document mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
