Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross‑functional transmission, substation, distribution, gas, and IT projects across multiple teams and operating areas. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and safety performance, guiding projects from business case through closeout.

The role requires coordinating with sponsors and stakeholders, mentoring team members, and ensuring resources are available to deliver initiatives within approved parameters. Some storm coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• For construction project management: degree with 2–4 years PM experience or HS diploma with 3–6 years PM experience
• For non-construction PM: degree in business/engineering with 2–4 years PM experience or HS diploma with 3–6 years
• Ability to build consensus, communicate effectively and drive culture change
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities in a multi-task environment
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Experience with process improvements and technology adoption
• Good judgment and time management skills
• Proficient in Work, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Passport
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

• Lead or support project/program performance across multiple disciplines
• Manage costs, schedule, scope, and risks with recovery planning
• Coordinate requirements with stakeholders
• Develop strong working relationships with team members and contract providers
• Communicate with sponsors and executives on project issues
• Coach team members and ensure tasks are completed
