Cooper Farms in Oakwood, Ohio, is hiring a Utility Crew Technician for a steady full-time shift. No experience is required and training is provided. The role covers maintenance, cleaning, and equipment tasks with competitive wages and a clear path for growth.

Starting at $19.35 per hour with a raise to $21.30 after 90 days, the position includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses and a robust benefits package. Schedule typically Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:00pm, with potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Must obtain a medical certificate.
• Must have general knowledge of machinery and maintenance skills.
• Must be able to maneuver large vehicles/equipment.

Responsabilités

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $19.35/hour
• Increase to $21.30 /hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 6:00am-2:00pm
  • May require some Weekends

What You’ll Do
