Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 2nd shift Assembly team member at its St. Henry facility. The job starts at $18.50 per hour with potential to rise to $19.25 after 90 days and includes monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance.

Training is provided for this entry-level role, with shift hours Monday through Friday 3:15pm–11:45pm. Primary duties include inspecting parts and assembling machines in fabrication, monitoring operations, ensuring correct ingredient content, and

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to be on feet for prolonged periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to tolerate a climate-controlled environment.

• Inspecting parts and assembling machines in the fabrication department.
• Monitoring product and equipment during operation and reporting any changes.
• Insuring accurate ingredient content of every batch and packaging product according to customer speculations.
• Operating a walkie and learn the M-Tech System.

Our St. Henry Processing plant in Mercer County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 2nd shift Assembly team member to join our team in St. Henry.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 3:15pm-11:45pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.50 with the potential of increasing to $19.25 after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:
