Job summary

Cooper Farms in St. Henry, Ohio, is looking for 1st shift (Evisceration) Food Production team members. Shifts are Mon-Fri, 5:30am–11:30am or 5:30am–3:30pm, with starting pay of $17.50/hour and potential to rise to $18.25 after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Evisceration Production: perform functions involved in harvesting a turkey.
• Rework any product that does not pass through properly.
• Wear all PPE and rotate with team members as directed.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 5:30am-11:30am or 5:30am-approximately 3:30pm STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.50 with the potential of increasing to $18.25 after 90 days ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance) All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include: Evisceration Production

• Performing all job functions which would involve different functions of harvesting a turkey.
• Reworking any product that does not run through properly.
• Wearing all required PPE and rotating with other team members as directed.
