Job summary

Cooper Farms is hiring 2nd shift Sanitation team members at our Turkey Harvesting facility in St. Henry, Ohio. No experience is required and training is provided.

Starting pay is $18.75/hour with a raise to $19.60/hour after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses. Shifts run Monday through Friday, 3:30pm-12:30am. Duties include cleaning equipment, removing debris, and enforcing sanitation standards under USDA/AQ/HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shift.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and surfaces and document work performed.
• Remove debris from processing equipment, floors and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe plant while following USDA/AQ/HACCP sanitation rules.
• Wear proper PPE when handling chemicals or cleaning supplies.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.75/hour
• Increase to $19.60/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 3:30pm-12:30am

What You'll Do

• Clean equipment and surfaces and document the work
• Remove all debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant while adhering to all USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations.
• Wear proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.

No Experience Required. Training Is Provided.
