Starting pay is $18.75/hour with an increase to $19.60/hour after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses. Responsibilities include helping process eggs, inspecting quality, removing defective products, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift Production/Sanitation team member at our Liquid Egg Processing facility in Ft. Recovery, Ohio (Mercer County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed. Since 1938, Cooper Farms has grown into a diverse food company producing turkeys, hogs, eggs, and delicious ready-to-cook and fully cooked turkey, ham, and chicken products. Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.75/hour
• Increase to $19.60/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Monday through Friday
  • 2:30pm-11:00pm (potentially 4:30pm-1:00am in the future)
