Cooper Farms is seeking 3rd shift Food Production team members at the St. Henry processing plant in Mercer County, Ohio. The role covers evisceration production and related duties, with training provided for this entry level position.

Starting hourly rate is $18.50, with potential to increase to $19.25 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance. Generous benefits include paid vacations, holidays, healthcare, and a 401(k) plan.

Our St. Henry Processing plant in Mercer County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking 3rd shift Food Production team members to join our team in St. Henry.

SHIFT HOURS

Sunday through Thursday 10:30pm-approximately 11:30am

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$18.50 with the potential of increasing to $19.25 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

Evisceration Production

• Performing all job functions which would involve different functions of harvesting a turkey.
• Reworking any product that does not run through properly.
• Wearing all required PPE and rotating with other team members as directed.
