The selected candidate will work remotely from their home office in the U.S. Midwestern Region, with travel required. Per diem and mileage will be reimbursed based on project requirements.

This is a project-specific assignment expected to last six months to one year.
As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for a renewable energy project, supporting the Project Manager or project team. Your responsibilities include preparing real estate documents, conducting property research, communicating with property owners, and performing administrative tasks like preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence.

Physical requirements include proficiency in English, frequent computer use, and occasional outdoor travel to meet clients or vendors, sometimes in varying weather conditions.
