The selected candidate will work remotely from their home office in the U.S. Midwestern Region, with travel required. Per diem and mileage will be reimbursed based on project requirements.

This is a project-specific assignment expected to last six months to one year.
As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for a renewable energy project, supporting the Project Manager and team. Responsibilities include preparing real estate documents, conducting property research, communicating with property owners, and performing administrative tasks such as preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence, attending meetings, managing data, and customer service.
