The selected candidate will work remotely from their home office in the U.S. Midwestern Region (list of states provided). Travel will be required, with per diem and mileage reimbursed as per project needs.

This is a project-specific role expected to last between six months to one year.

Responsibilities:
  • Acquire easements for a renewable energy project, supporting the Project Manager and team.
  • Prepare real estate documents, conduct property research, and communicate with property owners for right of way acquisitions.
  • Perform administrative tasks including legal document preparation, reporting, correspondence, meetings, data entry, and document management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least one year of Right of Way acquisition experience, including renewable projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Dropbox or equivalent.
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android) to access ORC systems.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Relocation assistance is not provided.

Physical requirements include proficiency in English, frequent computer use, and occasional outdoor travel to client sites, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
