The selected candidate will work remotely from their home office in the U.S. Midwestern Region. Travel will be required, with per diem and mileage reimbursed based on project requirements.

As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for a large renewable energy project supporting the Project Manager or team members. Responsibilities include preparing real estate documents, conducting property research, communicating with property owners, and performing administrative tasks such as preparing legal documents, reports, attending meetings, data entry, and customer communication.
Relocation assistance is not provided.
ORC is a respected right-of-way acquisition firm involved in renewable energy projects. Employees must avoid conflicts of interest and perform their duties objectively. Physical requirements include proficiency in English, regular computer use, and occasional outdoor travel, sometimes in adverse weather conditions.
