The selected candidate will work remotely from their home office in the U.S. Midwestern Region. Travel will be required, with per diem and mileage reimbursed based on project requirements.

This is a project-specific assignment expected to last between six months to one year.
As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for a large renewable energy project, supporting the Project Manager or project team. Responsibilities include preparing real estate documents, performing property research, and communicating with property owners for right of way acquisition. You will also handle administrative tasks such as preparing legal documents, reports, attending meetings, data entry, and customer communications.
Relocation assistance is not provided.
