This remote position is based in the U.S. Midwestern Region, with travel required. Per diem and mileage are reimbursed based on project needs.

As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire easements for renewable energy projects, supporting the Project Manager and team. Responsibilities include preparing real estate documents, conducting property research, communicating with property owners, and performing administrative tasks such as preparing legal documents, reports, attending meetings, and managing files.
