Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to bridge RF capabilities with Marine Corps customer requirements and emerging trends. You will support field-ready StreamCaster solutions across expeditionary and tactical environments.

Reporting to the Applications Engineering director, you will collaborate with engineering and BD teams to demonstrate capabilities, plan field trials, and translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain within 15 months of hire.
• U.S. Citizen required; background check and drug test will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Analyze USMC priorities and map requirements to radio solutions.
• Plan network configurations and run field trials and evaluations.
• Collaborate to benchmark data and validate architectures.
• Align work with Business Development priorities.
• Build technical demos for expeditionary and edge networking.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with technical input.
• Perform market research for partnerships and end-to-end networks.
• Engage with MARCORSYCOM, MCWL, PEO Land Systems, and naval centers.
• Translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs.
• Travel up to 50% to sites and labs.
